The idea behind Pomelo is autumn sunlight you can wear. David Huang trained at ISIPCA in France and is one of China's early perfumers to study there. He built the peel from Italian grapefruit, Chinese mandarin and Argentinian lemon oils, then added a few green pomelo-leaf notes. The first frosty bite fades quickly into juicy sweetness, and the faint bitterness of white pith stays just visible. The result is a rounded, balanced citrus.
