The difference from a standard brush is bristle placement. Are ReFa hair brushes good for all hair types?
Yes, though results vary by texture.
They work hardest on:

- Lightly styled or blow-dried hair
For very thick or tightly coiled hair, section before you brush. You will get a better result and you will not fight the brush.
Do ReFa hair brushes really add shine?
Yes, and it is the single most consistent thing customers tell us.
The mechanism is not glamorous. Your scalp already produces oil. A normal brush leaves most of it at the root. ReFa's bristle structure carries it down the shaft, which smooths the surface, which means the surface reflects light in one direction instead of scattering it. That is glass hair. The dry-hair brushes

The scalp brushes
The ION CARE BRUSH PREMIUM is the single most ordered ReFa piece at SoJan, and the one most people have never heard of. It is built to be used in the shower while you shampoo. Densely packed flexible bristles, in two hardness levels, push between individual strands and lift them at the root so the tips reach the scalp surface, which your fingers cannot do through a full head of wet hair. Roughly twice the bristle density of the standard model, on a rounded pin-free centre, with a ceramic ion plate and a draining stand.
- AURA. The newest piece in the range, and the one built for the scalp rather than the lengths. Each pin is coated in 24-karat gold over brass, on a cushion that flexes with the pressure of the stroke. So, are they actually worth it?
For the shine and the frizz, yes, and you will see it on day one. For breakage, yes, but slowly, and only if you were previously ripping a supermarket brush through wet hair.
