pins detangle first then the natural bristles do the polishing bit, actually works exactly how it's described. static flyaways basically gone even in winter with the heater on
shine is real, no complaints
Bought this for my mum's birthday and the little display stand made the whole gift feel considered rather than just a brush in a box. She uses it every evening now and says her ends have never sat this smooth.
Was cautious about buying a ReFa online given how often the rose gold sells out everywhere, but this one arrived boxed with the model number sticker intact and dispatched quickly from SoJan. Build is solid too, no rattle in the handle even after months of tossing it in a drawer.
got the black one instead of rose gold since it hides marks better on my vanity. takes a proper blow dry session to notice the shine but when it shows up it's a proper glassy finish, worth the arm workout
Handle shape is really ergonomic, curve sit well in my palm while brushing, not tiring even for long hair session. Comes in a proper box too, very premium unboxing experience.
good brush, nice stand
The bristles need a short break in period, mine took about two weeks of daily brushing before the shine really showed. Once it did, my ends looked glassy without any extra product. The stand keeps the bristles from getting squashed in a drawer too.
have really long hair and worried a natural bristle brush wouldn't get through it, but the rounded pins do the detangling first so it's not a fight. grabbed mine from so jan shop since the rose gold colour was sold out everywhere else, comes with a little stand too which sits nice on the dresser
brush is solid but the handle gets a bit slippery when my hands are damp straight out of the shower. still reach for it most days though, ordered from this store because the rose gold was nowhere else in stock
Scalp massage from the rounded pins is a nice bonus before bed, that part surprised me and has become my favourite bit of the routine. The brush itself is heavier in the hand than it looks in photos, takes a session or two to adjust your grip.
Works well, just didn't feel like a huge step up for the price jump.

The Aile Brush Ray is genuinely different from a regular brush. You can tell the engineering is thoughtful. My hair detangles without any resistance now.
Brush is very light and gentle on scalp. Good for daily use. Does not pull hair at all. Love it.

Nice brush, very lightweight. Not as much static reduction as the Ion Care but the lightness makes it better for everyday use. Happy with it.
